It seems to work in some miraculous way. It does make me pay attention to, and slow down, my breathing. At the same time it's necessary to quit internet stuff well before bedtime -- sometimes hard to do. Often, I don't want to look at the light as I have dry eye. In any case, so far it's helping me get a good night's sleep.
