SecretSight Pro (hereinafter referred to as the “SecretSight Pro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand name used and operated by a business entity UAB CommerceCore, which is a limited liability company incorporated in the State Enterprise Register of Lithuania, company No. 302566167, with a registered office address at Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania. Whenever you will provide any personal information on the Website, we will be responsible for handling and controlling your personal information.

Please refer to Section 2 above – you have to provide us with the information which we need to process your purchase requests that you submit on the Website, as well as to handle your inquiries, requests, claims, etc. In case you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to sell our goods to you and provide you with other benefits that you would get as our user.
3. What Do We Do With Your Information
   1. We use your information for the purposes specified in Section 2 above. These are the main group of actions that we do with your personal information:
      1. We use your information to process your purchase request and deliver your ordered products;

By agreeing with this Privacy Policy, you agree that we may call you by provided phone number or send you a text message or an email if your order was unsuccessful due to technical issues or payment processing errors. In such case, we may contact you in order to help you with fulfilling the order or finalizing payment.

      1. Financial institutions that handle payment processing and banks to which your paid amounts are transferred for us;

      2. Submit a request to correct inaccurate or incorrect information used or to supplement it when it is not complete;
      3. Submit a request to delete the information we have about you if we use it illegally;
      4. Submit a request to restrict the processing of your information – if you dispute the accuracy of the data or object to the processing of the data, if you do not accept that your data would be deleted, which was illegally processed, or if you need the data to claim, execute or defend legal claims;
